Product Description:

The RFM6501W module is a SoC LoRaWAN module with an embedded Cypress 32-bit Cortex-M0+ low-power Microcontroller and a LoRatm SX1262 chip from Semtech. The module has ultra low power consumption, high sensitivity, suitable for long-distance communication and has high performance. It combines a world of peripheral devices such as timers, UART and I2C interface, a multitude of universal I/O, a 32,768 kHz oscillator, etc. For the performance of the SX1262, see the SX1262 datasheet (RFM90W). The module is constructed with an efficient receiver and an efficient transmitter for high output power. Due to the SMD construction, the module has a very small shapevactor. The module can be controlled directly by a microcontroller with a UART. This allows the total hardware of the system to be kept to a minimum.
